【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversfactory-madeplastic-linedferrousmetalpipe,fittings,andflangesintendedprimarilyforconveyingcorrosivefluids.Requirementsformaterials,workmanship,dimensions,design,fabrication,workingpressureandtemperatures,testmethods,qualificationrequirements,andmarkingsareincluded.Thisspecificationdoesnotdefinethesuitabilityofdifferentlinermaterialstovariouschemicalandoperatingenvironments.Refertothemanufacturer'schemicalresistancedataforsuitabilityrecommendations.Thisspecificationdoesnotincludeproductscoatedwithplastics.Thisspecificationcoversplastic-linedpipe,flanges,andfittingsaslistedinTable1.PressurelimitationsshallbeinaccordancewithANSI/ASMEB16Standards,exceptreducedpressurelimitationsmaybeestablishedbythemanufacturer,consideringbothpressureandtemperaturelimitationsoftheferrousmetalhousingandthesealingabilityoftheliner.Note1-Inthisspecification,propyleneplasticscoverthosematerialsdefinedasbothpolypropyleneplasticsandpropyleneplasticsinTerminologyF412.Bothmaterialsareidentifiedas"PP"ontheproduct.NotethatthisisatvariancewithTerminologyD1600,where"PP"istheabbreviationforpolypropylene.Theplastic-linedflangedpipeandfittingassembliesarelimitedtotemperaturesshowninTable2.Endusersshouldconsultwithmanufacturersastothelikelyresultofusingaparticularlinedpipingcomponentattemperaturesbelowtheratedminimum.Note2-Thetemperaturelimitationsarebasedonnoncorrosivetestconditions.Useinspecificaggressiveenvironmentsmayaltertemperaturelimitations.Insuchinstances,specifictemperaturelimitsshallbeestablishedbymutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
