【摘要】:Thisstandardliststhegeneralfunctionalrecommendationsforthesurfacefacilitiesrelatingtoundergroundgasstorage.Itspecifiesproceduresandpracticeswhicharesafeandenvironmentallyacceptable.Itdescribesthefunctionalrecommendationsforthedesign,construction,testing,commissioning,operationandmaintenanceofthesurfacefacilitiesforundergroundgasstorage,betweenthewellheadandtheconnectiontothegastransmissionsystem.Inthiscontext"gas"isanygaseousfuelwhichisinagaseousstateatatemperatureof15℃andunderapressureof1bar.Thisstandardisnotintendedtobeappliedretrospectivelytoexistingfacilities.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticemayexistintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticeanddoesnotreplacethem.
