【摘要】:TheArrheniusparameterscombinedwiththegeneralratelawandthereactionenthalpycanbeusedforthedeterminationofthermalexplosionhazards(1).31.1ThismethodcoversthedeterminationoftheoverallkineticparametersforexothermicreactionsusingtheFlynn/Wall/Ozawamethodanddifferentialscanningcalorimetry.1.2ThistechniqueisapplicabletoreactionswhosebehaviorcanbedescribedbytheArrheniusequationandthegeneralratelaw.1.3LimitationsTherearecaseswherethistechniqueisnotapplicable.Limitationsmaybeindicatedbycurvesdepartingfromastraightline(see)ortheisothermalagingtestnotcloselyagreeingwiththeresultspredictedbythecalculatedkineticvalues.Inparticular,thismethodisnotapplicabletoreactionsthatarepartiallyinhibited.Thetechniquemaynotworkwithreactionsthatincludesimultaneousorconsecutivereactionsteps.Thismethodmaynotapplytomaterialsthatundergophasetransitionsifthereactionrateissignificantatthetransitiontemperature.1.4SIunitsarethestandard.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodformeasuringthesoundpressurelevelsonameasure-mentsurfaceenvelopingthesourceinordertocal-culatethesoundpowerlevelproducedbythenoisesource.Itgivesrequirementsforthetestenvironmentandinstrumentationaswellastechniquesforobtain-ingthesurfacesoundpressurelevelfromwhichthesoundpowerlevelofthesourceiscalculated,leadingtoresultswhichhaveagrade3accuracy.Itisimportantthatspecificnoisetestcodesforvari-oustypesofequipmentbeestablishedandusedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.Foreachtypeofequipment,suchnoisetestcodeswillgivedetailedrequirementsonmounting,loadingandop-eratingconditionsfortheequipmentundertestaswellasaselectionofthemeasurementsurfaceandthemicrophonearrayasspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.NOTE1Thenoisetestcodeforaparticulartypeofequipmentshouldgivedetailedinformationontheparticularsurfacethatisselected,astheuseofdifferentlyshapedmeasurementsurfacesmayyielddifferingestimatesofthesoundpowerlevelofasource.2TypesofnoiseandnoisesourcesThemethodspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardissuitableformeasurementsofalltypesofnoise.NOTE2Aclassificationofdifferenttypesofnoise(steady,non-steady,quasi-steady,impulsive,etc.)isgiveninISO12001.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletonoisesourcesofanytypeandsize(e.g.device,machine,component,sub-assembly).NOTE3MeasurementsaccordingtothisInternationalStandardmaybeimpracticableforverytallorverylongsourcessuchaschimneys,ducts,conveyorsandmulti-sourceindustrialplants.3TestenvironmentThetestenvironmentthatisapplicableformeasure-mentsmadeinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardmaybelocatedindoorsoroutdoors,withoneormorereflectingplanespresent,meetingspecifiedrequirements.4MeasurementuncertaintyForsourceswhichradiatesteadybroad-bandnoise,determinationsmadeinaccordancewiththisInter-nationalStandardresult,withfewexceptions,instandarddeviationsofreproducibilityoftheA-weightedsoundpowerlevelequaltoorlessthan3dB(ifK2AdeterminedinaccordancewithannexAislowerthan5dB)or4dB(ifK2Aiswithintherangeof5dBto7dB).Fordiscrete-tonesources,thestan-darddeviationofreproducibilityisnormally1dBgreater(seetable1).AsinglevalueofthesoundpowerlevelofanoisesourcedeterminedinaccordancewiththeproceduresgiveninthisInternationalStandardislikelytodifferfromthetruevaluebyanamountwithintherangeofthemeasurementuncertainty.Theuncertaintyinde-terminationsofthesoundpowerlevelarisesfromseveralfactorswhichaffecttheresults,someassoci-atedwithenvironmentalconditionsatthetestsiteandotherswithexperimentaltechniques.Ifaparticularnoisesourceweretobetransportedtoeachofanumberofdifferenttestsites,andif,ateachtestsite,thesoundpowerlevelofthatsourceweretobedeterminedinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard,theresultswouldshowascatter.Thestandarddeviationofthemeasuredlevelscouldbecalculated(seeexamplesinISO7574-4:1985,annexB).Withfewexceptions,thesestandarddeviationswouldnotexceedthoselistedintable1.Thevaluesgivenintable1arestandarddeviationsofrepro-ducibility,σR,aredefinedinISO7574-1.Thevaluesoftable1takeintoaccountthecumulativeeffectsofmeasurementuncertaintyinapplyingtheproceduresofthisInternationalStandard,butexcludevariationsinthesoundpoweroutputcausedbychangesinop-eratingconditions(e.g.rotationalspeed,linevoltage)ormountingconditions.Themeasurementuncertaintydependsonthestan-darddeviationofreproducibilitytabulatedintable1andonthedegreeofconfidencethatisdesired.Asexample
